Kai Cheng Tang is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of American Pacific Properties Corporation. For the past two decades, he has developed luxury homes in San Francisco. His interest in creating modern, up -to-date luxury homes comes from his family of civil engineers and property developers. They developed and built large manufacturing facilities and major commercial buildings in China. He is a graduate of Guangxi University in China with a B.A. degree in English.
Daniel L. Conrad is Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Conrad is a licensed real estate agent in California and specializes in commercial mortgages. He has worked with Smith-Craine Real Estate Finance in San Francisco for the past 16 years. He financed both residential and commercial loans. He has invested in real estate in San Francisco and Marin County since the early 1970s. Mr. Conrad is an international speaker on real estate topics. He holds a B.A. degree from Northwestern University with a major in English and Political Science.
Glenda R. Collins is Senior Vice President of the Company. She is the former First Vice President with Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management) in both New York and San Francisco. She also held the positions of Regional Director and Director of Administration and Operations at Smith Barney. She arranged and sponsored financial seminars and conferences for investors. Collins was also a financial broker with Smith Barney. She is a graduate of University of Delaware with a B.A. in economics.
Nick Ames is a financial consultant to the Company. He is a successful commercial mortgage banker who began his career at Wells Fargo Realty Finance. He was responsible for bringing national developers to the bank. He arranged financing for the construction of the Charles Schwab world headquarters and 101 California Street, San Francisco, a premier 52 story high rise office project. Later, Nick joined United Commercial Bank and then the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the largest bank in the world. Nick has focused on debt and equity placement with developers and investors throughout the United States and China.
Rodrigo Santos is Structural Engineering Consultant to the Company. He is Principal and Co-Founder of Santos & Urrutia. He has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. He is a California licensed Civil and Structural Engineer. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of mixed-use spaces, office complexes, apartment buildings and hotels. In 2000, he was appointed to the San Francisco Building Inspection Commission (SFBIC) as the structural engineering chair. In 2004 he was appointed the SFBIC president.
Philip S.Lanterman is Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company.Mr.Lanterman, 79, is a leader in the field of professional construction management. He has been involved in construction project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, construction operations and administration since 1966. He has provided the construction industry with all areas of management services on a wide range of heavy engineering and building projects nationwide. Mr. Lanterman has been an adjunct instructor at several universities since 1977, including most recently, 16 years at Sonoma State University. He is the author of several comprehensive standard procedure manuals and construction text books, including The Project Manager in Construction, A Manual of Essential Skills.
Lorna Kollmeyer is Architectural Heritage and Historic Preservation Consultant to the Company. She is founder and principal of Lorna Kollmeyer Ornamental Plaster since 1983. Lorna Kollmeyer Ornamental Plaster has the largest collection of ceiling medallions, cartouches, plaques, and moldings in the Western United States. These elements adorn and lend character to San Francisco’s historic Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, and Mediterranean architecture. She enhances façades or interiors with stock items from her collection. She also restores existing but damaged patterns and designs an entirely new sculpture to suit a specific interior or exterior.
William Travis is Director of Administration of the Company. He worked as a Financial Systems Analyst for ST Microelectronics in Carrollton, TX before moving to San Francisco. He was the Controller of The Packaging Store for 18 years and is currently the Operations Manager for Hung Mai Corporation in the Hardwood Flooring Division.
Mort Kantor is Chief Technology Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the computer technology field specializing in website design and development, software development and training, IT work and user support. He solves clients' website issues and is passionate about the need for businesses to build a successful online presence.
